Mr. Cremin is Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Esterline Technologies and has been with the company since 1976. In over three decades with Esterline, he has served in virtually all its major operating areas.
       He began his tenure with Criton Technologies before the company became Esterline. At Criton, he served as Director of Program Analysis, Group Executive, and Group Vice President. He joined Esterline in 1987, was appointed President and CEO in 1999, and became Chairman in 2001.
       Mr. Cremin began his career at General Electric, where he was an Advanced Process Development Engineer, and at Omark Industries, where he held a number of executive roles including Director of Marketing.
       Mr. Cremin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Polytechnic University of New York. He serves on the Board of Directors of Dover Corp. (NYSE) and the Pacific Northwest Ballet.

Mr. George is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Esterline Technologies. Before assuming his current position, he served as Esterline’s Treasurer and Corporate Controller.
       In his tenure with Esterline, Mr. George has successfully led multiple capital raising initiatives, enhanced the corporation’s capital structure, and contributed strategic and technical support to more than 25 acquisitions and six divestitures.
       Prior to joining Esterline in 1997, Mr. George held management positions in finance and operations with Zurn Industries, Elgin Electronics, and Xerox Corporation.
       Mr. George has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA in economics from Drew University.

Mrs. Greenberg has served as Esterline’s Vice President of Human Resources since joining the company in 1993.
      Mrs. Greenberg has an extensive background in law, education, and human resources management.
      Prior to joining Esterline, Mrs. Greenberg was a partner at Bogle & Gates, a Seattle-based firm where she began her legal career in 1984. She also spent six years in Valdez, Alaska, where she was a high school teacher and served as the Director of the Gifted & Talented Program and the President and chief negotiator for the Valdez Education Association.
      Mrs. Greenberg holds a JD from the Northwestern University School of Law and a BA in political science from Portland State University.

   
 

Frank Houston

Mr. Houston joined Esterline’s Korry operation early in his career and later held a series of senior management assignments there in operations, customer service, marketing, and as Chief Operating Officer.
In 2000, Mr. Houston accepted an assignment as President of Esterline’s Advanced Input Systems operation in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, shortly after Esterline acquired the business. As such, he played a key role in integrating that organization into Esterline.

Mr. Houston returned to Korry in 2002 as president of that operation. In 2005, Mr. Houston was appointed to the position of Group Vice President of Esterline.

Mr. Houston holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Seattle Pacific University and an MBA from the University of Washington. He is a member of the Aerospace Industries Association and the Manufacturers Alliance.

Mr. Kring is a Senior Group Vice President for Esterline Technologies and has over 20 years experience in the aerospace industry.
      Mr. Kring came to Esterline from Heath Tecna Aerospace Company, an aerospace component manufacturer, where he was President and CEO for 15 years. Prior to joining Heath Tecna, Mr. Kring worked for Sargent Industries, where he was Executive Vice President, and Cochran Western Corporation, where he was a General Manager.
     Mr. Kring served three terms on the Aerospace Industries Association’s Board of Directors. He holds an MBA from the California State University /Northridge and a bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering from
Purdue University.

   
 
Stephen R. Larson

Mr. Larson has held a series of executive-level positions within the company, both with Esterline Technologies and its predecessor, Criton Technologies. Mr. Larson is responsible for leading the company’s strategy and corporate development efforts, and has been with the company since 1978.
       Mr. Larson was President of Korry Electronics, Co., an Esterline subsidiary based in Seattle. Mr. Larson also spent 11 years at Zenith Electronics where he was the Director of Technical Marketing.
       Mr. Larson holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a electrical engineering degree from Northwestern University. He is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Fraternity.

   
 

Brad Lawrence

Mr. Lawrence brought more than 30 years experience in technology and manufacturing industries when he joined Esterline in 2002 as President of its Advanced Input operation. His role was soon expanded to include general management responsibility for Esterline’s Interface Technology Group, one of the company’s larger business platforms. His responsibilities expanded further in 2007 when he was appointed to the position of Group Vice President for Esterline.
Prior to joining Esterline, Mr. Lawrence held management and executive positions in sales, marketing and operations with Rockwell International, Paccar, Conductive Rubber Technology, Flow International and PRI Automation.
Mr. Lawrence holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
