Leach International Corporation and Tianyi Electrotechnical Company, a division of China Aviation Industry Corporation, celebrated the official opening of the Guizhou Leach-Tianyi Aviation Electrical Company, Ltd., (LTA) during a recent ribbon cutting ceremony in Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, China.
