Polyimide base flex circuits offer the tight trace routing capabilities and component mounting capabilities of a ridged PCB with the flexibility of a membrane switch.

• Standard line width 0.25mm, minimum line width 0.10mm
• Standard trace pitch 0.50 mm, minimum trace pitch 0.20mm
• Minimum spacing between circuits: 0.10mm
• Plating: tin lead, nickel or gold
• Connector crimping
• Soldering of SMT LEDs, resistors and headers
• Polyimide standard thickness 1mil, 2mil, & 3mil available
• Laminated copper thickness of 1oz. standard and 2oz. available
• Coverlay options include Kapton, polyester or solder mask thickness of 1mil, 2mil, and 3mil available.
