Advanced Input Systems is a leading specialty manufacturer primarily serving healthcare, industrial, military, gaming, and security markets. Having been certified to the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems requirements since 1997, Advanced Input Systems added ISO 13485 to better serve the increased requirements for its medical market segment. ISO 13485 no longer pertains solely to finished medical device manufacturers as they now require their sub-tier suppliers to obtain the certification.

ISO 13485 is the international standard for quality management systems in the medical device industry.
