Dennis Gilbert has been chosen as the new Esterline Control Systems vice president of finance. Gilbert has extensive experience in financial management and international operations in the aerospace sector. He will be based at the Esterline facility in Everett, Washington. Previously, Gilbert was vice president and CFO at AmSafe Industries, a $260M corporation, where he was responsible for leading the finance, accounting, legal, IT, and HR functions.

The Esterline Everett facility hosted a press conference and plant tour by Washington Senators Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell on April 10, 2012, promoting the critical importance of US aerospace exports for job creation. Our Everett, Washington, plant employs more than 600 workers, producing cockpit controls for Boeing as well as other airframe manufacturers and avionics integrators worldwide.
