Product Returns

Please fill out and submit the form below to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number, prior to returning the failed Korry equipment to Esterline Control Systems. An email with your RMA number will be sent to you.

A separate RMA request form must be prepared for each different product type to be repaired.

A PURCHASE ORDER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS.

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum charge for out-of-warranty repairs is $435.
