Display Integration

Our customers rely on us to integrate display technologies with advanced electronics to develop complete display solutions. We select, optimize, and package the right display technology for their requirements. Because of the many available options (LED, AMLCD, EL, passive LCD, etc.), we stay abreast of the latest developments and regularly evaluate new technology in our optics test lab.

Master Warning Assemblies

We provide customized assemblies with sunlight-readable LED lighting, microprocessor or FPGA architecture, and discrete or databus interfaces.

Displays for Free Flight

We offer high-performance dedicated uplink displays for controller-to-pilot data-link communications (CPDLC) using VHF data link mode 2 (VDL-2).

Control Panel Assemblies

We provide turn-key control panel assemblies, also referred to as line replaceable units (LRUs), switch panel assemblies, or lightplate assemblies. These assemblies typically consist of:

• Lightplate with nomenclature and indicia, per MIL-P-7788, SAE AS7788, and Boeing Specification D6-S2191-1
• Back plate
• Stand-off and other structural elements
• Discrete components, including pushbutton switches, switch guards, indicators, rotary switches, toggle and rocker switches, potentiometers, photosensors, and various gauges or displays
• Mounting hardware
• Wiring harness and connector(s)

Various types and combinations of illumination are available, including LED, EL, and incandescent. We specialize in sunlight-readable and night-vision compatible lighting and pay close attention to ensuring lighting balance.

Our engineers can design an assembly to your existing specifications or work with you to develop specifications that address your system or subsystem requirements. We have more than 60 years of experience in interface design and manufacture as well as component selection.

We manufacture many of the components ourselves, including a wide selection of switches and indicators, and perform all final assembly and testing in house to our uncompromising quality standards.
