Esterline designs and manufactures JANCO high-performance rotary switches and related switch products at its Sylmar, California, facility.

JANCO MIL-Spec rotary switches, potentiometers, and optical encoders offer a wide range of interface possibilities and are used on virtually every commercial and military aircraft today.

Behind every JANCO switch stands the industry's largest database of rotary switches, not to mention many patents for critical elements of our switching technologies. Using our advanced CAD-CAM systems, we can configure all required switches, lighting elements, circuitry, and related components into a single plug-in assembly that meets the most stringent MIL-Specs.

We have traditionally led the way in rotary switch and switching control system engineering and technology, with advanced switch reliability, reduced package size, new performance parameters, and new combinations and categories of products. Our engineers are noted for solving the toughest switching problems. JANCO products save space and reduce pilot workload.
