People. Our highly skilled employees and solid work ethic have earned us the respect of our clients. While most companies use contract staff, we prefer to use full-time team members with solid, long-term experience. Our program managers have an average of 20 years of experience, and our engineers have an average of more than 13 years of experience.
Process. AVISTA’s internal processes, project documentation and project planning capabilities are unrivaled among competitors. Our current ISO 9001:2000 certification and SEI CMMI Level 5 rating — have only added to this significant strength. From scoping to planning, and from documentation to communications, we have developed detailed processes that ensure a project is executed on time and on budget.
