July 14, 2011 - Even in standards-driven industries like aerospace, defense and medical device development, delivering high-quality, high-value products and services is a competitive advantage. That quality is derived from effective, repeatable processes—and usually, the use of process improvement.
Whether a team uses methodologies like ISO 9001, CMMI or TQM, these approaches take time and resources. Is the effort worth it? Research indicates, when done correctly, the answer is yes.

We’ll be looking at process improvement, benefits and business cases in coming issues of the AVISTA E-Update. Please stay tuned.
