NP-3D

     

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) program referred to as NP-3D is a P3 aircraft that uses E-2C avionics.

The ICS system is a modified P3-Update IV system and is comprised of:

  • 1 CCU
  • 14 CSUs
  • 17 J-Box's

The CSU has 3 LEDs above each switch, digital LED brightness control, VOX threshold control and CALL.

  • Backup operation : 5 pre-assigned radios to 5 stations, PA to 2 flight deck stations, and CALL to all stations
