Units are custom designed and manufactured in accordance with MIL-PRF-38534 Class H and tested in accordance with MIL-STD-883

Transmitter

• VCSEL, lateral cavity laser ( 850,1300, 1550 nm)
• MCM integration: driver, temperature compensation

Receiver

• PIN and APD module assembly (up to 10 Gb/s)
• Silicon or InGaAs band
  • Low K (noise figure)

    0.17 to 0.22 for InGaAs APDS
    0.02 for Silicon APDs

• MCM integration: post-Amp, CRU.
