GPS/SBAS/GBAS Landing System Sensor Unit (GLSSU)
The CMA-6024 is a complete self-contained SBAS/LPV/LP and GBAS/GLS precision approach receiver system. It contains both a GPS/SBAS/GBAS receiver and a VDB receiver in one enclosure. It is ideal for a retrofit or an integrated OEM solution.

Satellite Landing System (SLS)
The CMA-5025 SLS is an optional Control Panel (CP) designed to complement the CMA-5024 SBAS receiver. It allows the CMA-5024 to be installed as a stand-alone system, fully independent of all avionics systems. Alternately, the CMA-5024 can be fully integrated with a FMS such as CMC Electronics’ CMA-9000 FMS.
When the CMA-5024 is installed as a stand-alone system, the CMA-5025 is required to enable the SBAS LPV or GBAS SLS approach function. In certain applications, the CMA-5025 can be installed as a fully independent back-up control panel to an integrated FMS solution.
In a manner similar to a navigation radio control panel, the CMA-5025 CP allows the flight crew to select a SBAS or GBAS final approach. The CMA-5025 provides the flight crew with all necessary data to set up any GPS approach as either a SBAS LPV or a GBAS SLS approach.

The CMA-3024 aviation sensor provides fully ADS-B compliant SBAS/GPS Primary Means Navigation for Business, Regional, Commercial Air Transport and Helicopter aircraft. It is fully compatible and operational with all SBAS signals worldwide. With SBAS coverage, differential corrections are incorporated to further improve RNP capability, providing RNP0.1 with outstanding navigation system availability.
SBAS ranging, integrity and differential corrections are incorporated automatically, allowing the CMA-3024 to simultaneously meet all SBAS Beta-3 navigation accuracy and integrity requirements for Primary Means Navigation and RNP-RNAV. The CMA-3024 provides an ARINC-743A compliant interface and can support both legacy avionics and those designed to take advantage of a TSO C-145c Beta-3 sensor.
Selection between SBAS coverage and out of SBAS coverage operation is automatic, delivering optimum navigation performance. When out of SBAS coverage, the CMA-3024 incorporates improved signal processing with SA-Aware performance, and incorporates all of the correction models as per RTCA/DO-229D&E. Predictive RAIM is provided to support Primary Means Navigation worldwide. The result is operational performance that meets or exceeds the requirements for either RNP0.1 navigation or ADS-B as position source.

The CMA-4124 Global Navigation System Sensor Avionics (GNSSA) receiver was designed for incorporation into all certified, safety-of-life avionics applications. It will also meet the requirements for most space applications. It meets all requirements for en-route primary means operations, oceanic and continental en-route navigation, Non-Precision Approach and LPV Precision Approach and is certified as a CAT-I single string approach system.
SureFlight is a software that evaluates planned flights against GPS Primary Means Operations criteria as specified in FAA N8110.60. The evaluation is automatic and Sureflight provides various reports from a simple go/no-go answer to detailed GPS outage reports for the desired flight plan.
The core of Sureflight is the propreitary FDE algorithm that CMC Electronics has developed for all its aviation GPS receivers. This FDE algorithm complies with DO-208 and DO-229D requirements. Since exactly the same FDE algorithm is used in the flight planning software as in the airborne software, Primary Means availability is maximize. Using another flight planning software can result in loss of Primary Means availability or a potential situation wherein the predicted Primary Means availability is not available in-flight. CMC recommends that the CMC Sureflight software be used only in conjunction with CMC aviation GPS receivers.
Sureflight software is available in versions: PC based software, mainframe software (requires customization), and as an OEM object-linkable software.
