Customer Support


Rental equipment is normally shipped the same day that the request is received. Customs clearance and duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer requesting the equipment.

Equipment Returns

Customers who have requested Rental equipment should return the failed equipment, packed in the same container in which the Rental equipment was received, and ship it prepaid to CMC Electronics.

The shipper must ensure that the appropriate customs and shipping requirements are met on the equipment being shipped for repair.

Documentation Required

  • Carrier and waybill number
  • Statement of equipment malfunction
  • Purchase order
  • RMA number

For shipments originating in other countries, the owner/operator should complete the necessary local Customs forms as required to ensure the duty-free re-entry of the repaired equipment into their home country.
