CMC Electronics offers a portfolio of on-board communication systems solutions to the aviation community, providing superior value in meeting their evolving voice, data, and video communications needs.

CMC delivers aeronautical communication systems to OEMs and to Air Transport, Regional and Business Jet operators. CMC currently supplies the antenna systems of more than 70% of all Aero-H airline installations.

CMC’s product portfolio includes Premium Performance High Gain antenna systems, a Value Performance High Gain antenna system (Aero-H) and an Intermediate Gain antenna system (Aero-I). Building on our expertise in antenna systems, we are currently developing the next generation of these products including smaller, lower weight antennas as well as innovative broadband systems.

CMA-2102 SATCOM High Gain Antenna System

• Fully supports Inmarsat's Aero-H, H+ and Swift64 satellite communications services.

The CMA-2102 is a high gain phased array antenna providing hemispherical coverage in a single, low-profile installation.

CMA-2102LW SATCOM High Gain Antenna System

The CMA-2102LW antenna system is the same form/fit as the industry leading CMA-2102( - this will allow simple upgrades to exisiting CMA-2102 antennas. The CMA-2102LW is fully approved by Inmarsat for multichannel Swift64, Aero - H , Aero - H+ services. The CMA-2102LW is approximately 16lbs lighter than the CMA-2102 antenna and is certified on the A380 aircraft from Airbus and the B777 from Boeing. The CMA-2102LW also provides the operator with FULL global coverage with no "blind-spots".

CMA-2102SB SATCOM High Gain Antenna System

The CMA-2102Sb SwiftBroadband antenna has been designed based on the industry leading CMA-2102/2102LW antennas. This will allow for easy retrofit of an operator's exisitng CMA-2102/2102LW antennas, by allowing the re-use of the adapter plate and gasket.

For those operators flying the "great circle" or "polar" routes the superior coverage (down to 10 degrees elevation) of the CMA-2102SB is a "must" have in order to maintain contact with the satellite.

The CMA-2102SB also has field proven reliability with an MTBF in excess of 100,000 hours.
