Curtis C. Reusser
Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Reusser joined Esterline in October of 2013 as the company's President & CEO and was appointed Board Chairman in March 2014.  He came to Esterline from United Technologies (UTC), where he served as President of the Aircraft Systems business within the company.  That position was created following the company’s acquisition of Goodrich Corporation, where Reusser was President of the Electronic Systems Segment, a $2.6 billion business with 7,800 employees and operations in seven countries.  
His responsibilities at UTC were expanded to include full operational and financial leadership for seven strategic business units employing 14,000 people and generating revenues in excess of $7 billion. During his tenure he was instrumental in winning a number of significant new long-term programs, and driving financial and operational performance by reducing SG&A and leveraging supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering synergies between the combined Goodrich and UTC businesses. 
Over his career he has held various positions of increasing responsibility, including President, Aerostructures at Goodrich.  That division nearly doubled its sales over the five years of his leadership and became widely recognized for world-class application of lean.  Prior to his long tenure at Goodrich, Reusser had an early career as an engineer with General Dynamics.


Mr. Reusser holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Washington.


Julie Albrecht

Ms. Albrecht has 25 years of diverse financial experience. She joined Esterline after serving as a Finance Director within the Customer Service business of United Technologies Aerospace Systems. This leadership role included oversight of certain business unit financial operations and financial analysis for the company’s entire aftermarket business.  

Prior to United Technologies, she worked at Goodrich Corporation for 16 years, where she held various positions with increasing responsibility, including Vice President, Finance of the Customer Services business and as Corporate Assistant Treasurer.  

Ms. Albrecht has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wake Forest University.


Paul Benson

Chief HR Officer

Mr. Benson joined Esterline in late 2014 as Sr. Director, Human Resources and became Vice President, Human Resources in December 2014. He assumed his current title in April 2015. Mr. Benson has over 25 years of human resource management experience and a track record of creating high productivity through leadership development within an engaged workforce.

Prior to joining Esterline, Mr. Benson spent twenty years in the high-technology industry as a human resources leader at Intel and Hewlett Packard.  Among his achievements, he built and led an HR functional team for the mergers and acquisitions group at both companies, generated industry-leading executive retention strategies, and was a key leader in the international implementation of an HR management system for 300,000 employees. 

Mr. Benson holds an MBA from Arizona State University and earned his BA from St. Martin’s College in Lacey, Wash.

Robert D. George

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Development

Mr. George is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Development for Esterline. Before assuming his current position, he served as Esterline’s Treasurer and Corporate Controller. In his tenure with Esterline, Mr. George has successfully led multiple capital raising initiatives, enhanced the corporation’s capital structure, and contributed strategic and technical support to more than 30 acquisitions and eight divestitures.

Prior to joining Esterline in 1997, Mr. George held management positions in finance and operations with Zurn Industries, Elgin Electronics, and Xerox Corporation.

Mr. George has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA in economics from 
Drew University.

Marcia J. Mason

and General Counsel

Ms. Mason served as Esterline’s Vice President of Human Resources for 19 years.  She was promoted to Vice President and General Counsel for the company in 2012.  During her tenure, she has successfully led development of a pragmatic and advanced human resources function to support Esterline employees, business strategy, and corporate growth. 

Ms. Mason has an extensive background in employment law and human resources management.  Prior to joining Esterline, she was a partner at Bogle & Gates, a large Seattle-based law firm where she began her legal career in 1984. Before attending law school, Ms. Mason spent six years in Valdez, Alaska as a high school teacher during construction of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline.

Ms. Mason holds a JD from the Northwestern University School of Law and a BA in political science from
Portland State University.


Gary Posner
Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer

Mr. Posner joined Esterline in 2000 as the Vice President, Finance at the company’s Kirkhill-TA, California, subsidiary.  He was promoted to Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer in 2005. 

Prior to his career at Esterline, Mr. Posner worked in a variety of auditing, accounting and financial positions with companies including Price Waterhouse, and a private and publicly held manufacturing company.  

Mr. Posner holds a BS from California State University in business administration.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

Amy Watson

Roger Ross
President, Sensors & Systems Segment

Mr. Ross Joined Esterline in August 2015 as Segment President for Sensors & Systems.  Ross is a seasoned international executive with over 20 years of experience in the Aerospace industry.  He was most recently Senior Vice President, Actuation and Propeller Systems for United Technologies Aerospace Systems, headquartered in the UK, with management responsibility for operations in six countries.  Prior to that position, Ross served in various executive roles domestically and internationally, including an extended position managing certain India-based operations for Goodrich Corp., which was acquired by United Technologies in 2012.  

Mr. Ross holds a Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Amy Watson

General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Ms. Watson was hired as Esterline’s Associate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary in 2012 as the company brought some of its legal responsibilities in-house. 

Ms. Watson spent more than seven years as an associate with Seattle-based law firm Perkins Coie LLP, a role in which she first advised Esterline management on a range of legal matters related to corporate transactions, SEC reporting and corporate governance.  Most recently, she served as Associate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for RealNetworks, Inc. 

Ms. Watson has her JD and a Master of Studies in Environmental Law degree from Vermont Law School.  She also received an MBA and bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Illinois.  She is a member of both the Washington State Bar Association and the State Bar of California (inactive status).

Al Yost

Al Yost
President, Advanced Materials and Avionics & Controls Segment

Mr. Yost joined Esterline in 1999 and has nearly 20 years of broad operational experience in the aerospace/defense and medical technology sectors.  In 2009 he was promoted to the role of Corporate Group Vice President, overseeing all of Esterline's Advanced Sensors, Engineered Materials, Interface Technologies, and Surface Finishing operations.  He added the role of Treasurer in 2011 and assumed the President, Advanced Materials title in March 2014. In August 2015, he became the president of the Avionics & Controls segment as well, earning the title of President, Advanced Materials and Avionics & Controls.

Prior to becoming an Esterline officer, Mr. Yost served in a number of supervisory roles within the company.  He was then promoted to President of Esterline’s Advanced Input Systems operation in 2007.  He also held management responsibility for Esterline’s Interface Technologies business platform, which encompasses six operating locations in the U.S., Europe and Asia.  In his early career, Mr. Yost held Finance and Project Management positions at Moog’s aircraft group and Raytheon Aircraft.

Mr. Yost holds an MBA from Utah State University and a bachelor's degree in economics from Brigham Young University.
