Brad Lawrence Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
|
Mr. Lawrence brought more than 30 years of experience in the technology and manufacturing industries to Esterline when he joined in 2002 as President of its Advanced Input Systems operation. His role was soon expanded to include general management responsibility for Esterline’s entire Interface Technologies business platform, comprised of three operating locations in two countries. His responsibilities grew further in 2007 when he was appointed to the position of Group Vice President for Esterline, based out of the corporate headquarters. In September 2009 he was appointed as Esterline's President and Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in November of that year. Mr. Lawrence took over the additional role of Chairman of the Board of Directors in March 2012.
Prior to joining Esterline, Mr. Lawrence held management and executive positions in sales, marketing and operations with Rockwell International, Paccar, Conductive Rubber Technology, Flow International and PRI Automation.
Mr. Lawrence holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Lawrence was awarded the Seattle Business Magazine Manufacturing Executive of the Year award in 2011 and the Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance Executive of the Year award in 2012. He is also on the Advisory Board for the University of Washington Foster School of Business, currently serves on the Aerospace Industries Association Board of Directors, and is on the Board of Trustees for the Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation. |

Alain Durand Group Vice President |
Mr. Durand has been with Esterline since 2002 when he served as the financial director for the company's Bourges, France, Auxitrol subsidiary. In just two years he was promoted to president of the facility and later accepted management responsibility for the entire Advanced Sensors business platform, comprised of several operating units in five countries.
In June 2011 Mr. Durand was promoted to corporate Group Vice President. He works from Esterline's France-based corporate office in Versailles.
Mr. Durand holds an MBA from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Reims, France, is fluent in four languages, and has a degree in engineering from Ecole Catholique d'Arts et Métiers in Lyon, France. |

Robert D. George Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Development

Mr. George is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Development for Esterline. Before assuming his current position, he served as Esterline’s Treasurer and Corporate Controller. In his tenure with Esterline, Mr. George has successfully led multiple capital raising initiatives, enhanced the corporation’s capital structure, and contributed strategic and technical support to more than 30 acquisitions and eight divestitures.
Prior to joining Esterline in 1997, Mr. George held management positions in finance and operations with Zurn Industries, Elgin Electronics, and Xerox Corporation.
Mr. George has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA in economics from Drew University. |

Tom Heine Vice President, Human Resources

Mr. Heine joined Esterline in 2000 as the company’s Director, Organizational Effectiveness. He took on a greater role in 2007 when he was appointed to Vice President, Leadership & Organizational Development for the company. In 2012, he was again promoted to Vice President, Human Resources.
Mr. Heine has more than 30 years of HR and operating experience in the aerospace, defense and basic steel industries with companies including Honeywell and CF&I Steel Corporation. He served in a number of senior leadership positions and has consulted and led initiatives in North America, Europe, Asia and Southeast Asia.
He attended the US Naval Academy, holds a degree in English from Eastern Michigan University, and an MPA in human resource management from the University of Colorado. He has published articles and spoken nationally on lean manufacturing, HR practices and organization development. |

Frank Houston Senior Group Vice President
|
Mr. Houston joined Esterline early in his career at one of our Control Systems operations, Korry Electronics, where he held a series of senior management assignments in operations, customer service and marketing, eventually becoming Chief Operating Officer and later President. Mr. Houston also accepted an assignment as President of Esterline’s Advanced Input Systems operation in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, shortly after Esterline acquired the business. He played a key role in integrating that organization into Esterline.
In 2005, Mr. Houston was appointed to the position of Group Vice President for Esterline and was promoted to Senior Group Vice President in 2010.
Mr. Houston holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Seattle Pacific University. He is a member of the Aerospace Industries Association and the Manufacturers Alliance. He is also a member of the Executive Council for Seattle Pacific University’s School of Business and Economics. |

Marcia J. Mason Vice President and General Counsel
|
Ms. Mason served as Esterline’s Vice President of Human Resources for 19 years. She was promoted to Vice President and General Counsel for the company in 2012. During her tenure, she has successfully led development of a pragmatic and advanced human resources function to support Esterline employees, business strategy, and corporate growth.
Ms. Mason has an extensive background in employment law and human resources management. Prior to joining Esterline, she was a partner at Bogle & Gates, a large Seattle-based law firm where she began her legal career in 1984. Before attending law school, Ms. Mason spent six years in Valdez, Alaska as a high school teacher during construction of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline.

Gary Posner Controller & Chief Accounting Officer

Mr. Posner joined Esterline in 2000 as the Vice President, Finance at the company’s Kirkhill-TA, California, subsidiary. He was promoted to Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer in 2005.
Prior to his career at Esterline, Mr. Posner worked in a variety of auditing, accounting and financial positions with companies including Price Waterhouse, and a private and publicly held manufacturing company.
He holds a BS from California State University in business administration. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |

Amy Watson Associate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Ms. Watson was hired as Esterline’s Associate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary in 2012 as the company brought some of its legal responsibilities in-house.
Ms. Watson spent more than seven years as an associate with Seattle-based law firm Perkins Coie LLP, a role in which she first advised Esterline management on a range of legal matters related to corporate transactions, SEC reporting and corporate governance. Most recently, she served as Associate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for RealNetworks, Inc.
Ms. Watson has her JD and a Master of Studies in Environmental Law degree from Vermont Law School. She also received an MBA and bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Illinois. She is a member of both the Washington State Bar Association and the State Bar of California (inactive status). |

Al Yost Group Vice President & Treasurer |
Mr. Yost joined Esterline in 1999 and has nearly 20 years of broad operational experience in the aerospace/defense and medical technology sectors. In 2009 he was promoted to the role of Corporate Group Vice President, overseeing all of Esterline's Advanced Sensors, Engineered Materials, Interface Technologies, and Surface Finishing operations. He added the role of Treasurer in 2011.
Prior to becoming an Esterline officer, Mr. Yost served in a number of supervisory roles within the company. He was then promoted to President of Esterline’s Advanced Input Systems operation in 2007. He also held management responsibility for Esterline’s Interface Technologies business platform, which encompasses six operating locations in the U.S., Europe and Asia. In his early career, Mr. Yost held Finance and Project Management positions at Moog’s aircraft group and Raytheon Aircraft.
