I-5 Northbound (from Sea-Tac Airport):
Start out going southeast on S Exit Dr. toward Terminal/Parking/Rental Car Return.
Turn left onto International Blvd.
Take the WA-518 east ramp toward I-405/Renton/I-5.
Merge onto WA-518 east.
Take the I-5 north exit on the left toward Seattle.
Merge onto I-5 north.
Exit onto Seneca Street, which is a left-lane exit (Exit 165).
Merge onto Seneca Street.
After crossing 3rd Avenue, our parking garage entrance is located on Seneca Street
(immediately on the right).
Access to Third Avenue has been changed between the hours of 6:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. and
3:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Please use the appropriate directions below when traveling to our
Seattle office from I-5 Southbound.
I-5 Southbound
(between the hours of 6:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m.):

Take I-5 southbound.
Exit onto Union Street (Exit 165).
Head west on Union Street for approximately two blocks (toward the water).
At 5th Avenue, take a left.
Go two blocks to Seneca Street and take a right.
After crossing 3rd Avenue, our parking garage entrance is located immediately on the
right (the north side of Seneca Street).
I-5 Southbound
(between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.):
(these directions don't apply to express lanes)
Take I-5 southbound.
Exit onto Union Street (Exit 165).
Head west on Union Street for approximately four blocks (toward the water).
At 3rd Avenue, take a left.
Go two blocks to Seneca Street and take a right.
After crossing 3rd Avenue, our parking garage entrance is located immediately on the
right (the north side of Seneca Street).
From Bellevue:
§ Westbound SR520
Follow the "From I-5 Southbound" directions.
§ Westbound I-90
Follow signs for northbound I-5 and exit on Madison Street
(on the right side of the freeway).
Take a left to head west on Madison Street toward the water.
Take a right on 4th Avenue.
Take a left on Seneca Street.
After crossing 3rd Avenue, our parking garage entrance is located immediately on the
right (the north side of Seneca Street).
Highway 99 Northbound (from West Seattle):
Take West Seattle Freeway and exit to northbound 99.
Exit onto Seneca Street, which is a left-lane exit (Exit 165).
Take a left on 1st Avenue (first traffic light).
Go one block on 1st Avenue and take a right on University Street.
Go two blocks on University Street and take a right on 3rd Avenue.*
Go one block on 3rd Avenue and take a right on Seneca Street.
Our parking garage entrance is located immediately on the right.
*(Note: Drivers can only access 3rd Avenue between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 3 p.m.
When traveling to our office between 6:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m., go
two blocks further and take a right on 5th Avenue, then take a right on Seneca Street.
